As part of our commitment to team excellence, Taylors has created an Employee recognition program.  This program is designed to acknowledge the dedication and consistent effort of our associates who perfrom above and beyond.  Since the creation of the program in 2015, over 1200 of our staff have proudly accepted their certificate for achievement.
   The first hurdle for winning is captured in our AAA standards.  Appearance, Attendance and Attitude are the minimum criteria for a nomination.   
   They say that being there is half the battle.  While that may be true for most ventures in life, in food service, looking the part and being the part are equally important.  Each month our leadership team selects 5 candidates from each site who, not only, follow the AAA standards each day, but are willing to engage in a level of service to our guests and/or the team through excellent performance.
   Along the way the team has picked up some accolades from others as well.  Grateful soldiers, fellow contractors and State Department guests have shared praise and certificates for several of our teams collectively and individually. Those are posted on the Certificates and Awards page.
