New bites that are in process for the summer include our version of the McRib.  One was not enough so we have 2, one is an Asian inspired steam bun, pork belly hand held with house made pickled baby cucumbers and red onions, the other is more of the traditional BBQ sauced patty that mimics the original rib sandwich.

Our next roll out is a southern styled filet of fish sandwich with a cornmeal crusted catfish filet, American Cheese, tartar sauce on a toasted soft roll.

Still in development phase  is yet one more chicken sandwich which we hope debuts in July as an add on to our rotations in the Cafeteria Snack bar!
